Accord certificate 25

This will show all certificates for the chosen insured.   If you entered this screen from the main menu - forms, you would see all certificates for all insured's.  

You can change how you look up a insured by clicking on the above tabs.   You can also click on any column heading to change the display order.

Click here to print all certificates for this insured.   Click the tag column to print just certain certificates.

This button will allow you to enter a producers name and print it on the certificate.

Clicking here will allow you to enter a new cert.   This screen will look like this.   go there

This button will allow you to change all tagged certificates.   For example you want to change the policy# on 100 certificates.   You would start here.

Move tagged records to the archive tab.

Change the highlighted certificate.

View the cert but does not allow for change to the cert.

Remove the highlighted cert.

This will tag the highlighted record.   You could also click in tag column.

Tag all.   This will tag all the certs on the screen.   You would do this to print all certs, delete all certs or change all certs.

This button allows you to copy the highlighted certificate into a new certificate.   You can then change or add what ever you need to.   In most cases you will only need to add a certificate holder.   This can be done by simply choosing the one you need.
